Amenities 

Health Club:  The Health Club is located on the seventh floor. The facility has been created for the use of adult and teenage residents over the age of 16 and guests that accompany them.  Our Health Club boasts several rooms, including a cardiovascular exercise room, a weight room, a pool area (with sauna and jaccuzi), and an aerobics room in which multiple classes are offered for the benefit of our residents.

Rooftop Terrace:  Our rooftop includes a terrace that is accessible through the Health Club and overlooks Union Square Park.

Children’s Play Room:  Accessible through the Health Club.  The Children’s Play Room, Aerobics Room and Pool can be reserved for private parties. 

Laundry Rooms:  There are two laundry rooms in the building that are accessible through the Health Club.

Seventh Floor Lobby:  The Green Roof, Health Club and Laundry Rooms are located on the seventh floor which includes an additional lobby for our residents’ private enjoyment.

Zeckendorf Towers Staff
Concierge: 212-529-6030

Concierge are on duty 24 hours a day. The concierge announces all visitors and deliveries and coordinate requests for work tickets and authorization forms (which may be printed from this web-site). They also release keys to short term guest, housekeepers, dog walkers, etc. that are approved by management by prior arrangement. The concierge accepts and holds deliveries and laundry for residents; residents are notified by a written note inserted into their mailbox. Due to limited space, please collect deliveries within 2 days of notice. If you are expecting a large delivery please call the management office at 212-260-5521 so that they may schedule it in there delivery book. Also to insure that there will be no conflicts with move-ins or move-outs.

One Irving Place is not responsible for deliveries left for more than 30 days.
Doormen:

The Doormen are the front line of security for the building. Please do not ask them to leave their post to retrieve parcels or dry cleaning; that is the responsibility of the concierge.
The doormen are duty from:
Monday – Sunday 7:30am – 11:30pm

Handymen:

The Handymen perform work on the common areas and building systems such as plumbing, electrical, air conditioning and also complete work tickets that are submitted by residents daily. Works can be found at the concierge desk. The handymen will evaluate mechanical problems in your apartment and advise you if outside contractors are needed. Under no circumstances are handymen allowed to perform private work. This is against building policies.

The handymen are on duty from:
Monday – Sunday 7:00am – 11:00pm

Porters:

The Porters are responsible for trash pick-up and removal, cleaning the lobby and hallways and maintaining all common areas of the building including the escalators on 14th street. You may request that a Porter help with any unmanageable trash at a fee; the Concierge will take your request and let you know when help will be available.

The porters are on duty from:
Monday – Sunday 6:00am – 11:30pm

No building employee shall be asked to perform work beyond the scope of their job. A resident may not send any building employee on a personal errand or any private business. No building employee shall be asked to, or shall watch, care for, or supervise any child during his/her working hours. No building employee shall be asked to, or shall walk any dog or care for any pet during working hours.

About Zeckendorf Towers

Zeckendorf Towers is a 670 unit, mixed-use condominium located on Union Square.

The distinctive four tower, pyramid topped, building is a common site to all who are

familiar with the area.

The building features landscaped roof gardens and courtyards, a full service health club,

and a sky lobby supplementing the services provided by the street level concierge.

ZeckendorfTowers was first opened for occupancy in 1987, and is credited with initiating

the re-vitalization of Union Square.
